Packaging Haul 03

Packaging Haul 03

Man, it’s been awhile. We’ve been lazy with our 0 degree weather and practically burried in our upcoming winter projects, but luckily we were able to find a little inspiration for the week. Take a look below to see what we’re loving heading into the holiday season:

Bethany

1. Noble Handcrafted

“What can I say? I’m a sucker for packaging design that calls to mind old-timey apothecaries. The simple and distressed typefaces used by Noble Handcrafted along with the cork and wax-seal details are absolutely charming. The overall effect is the feeling that the object you’re bringing home is truly special. “

2. Beehive Honey Squares (Conceptual)

“I love the Beehive cereal packaging because it’s clean, but fun! It takes clear packaging to a new level and is relatable to children and adults alike.”

3. Rowdy Mermaid Kombucha

“It must be the flavor variety colors on this one. I love a minimal design just like anyone else, but the addition of the bracket design element that doubles as a mermaid tail is just so very clever it makes me envious I didn’t think of it myself. This design was executed with such precision and grace, which is exactly why I made sure we didn’t throw this bottle away in the office and its sitting on our inspiration shelf as I type.”

4. Essential Living Foods

“I’m digging Essential Living’s packaging for their use of illustrations and photography. This combo really helps to up the premium nature of raw snacks while also ensuring consumers understand what’s inside.”

5. Bauhaus Brew Labs

“I don’t make it out to Minneapolis very often but if I did, I would make it a priority to seek out some Bauhaus Brew – specifically for the can design. It’s a nice blend of pop art and, obviously, some Bauhaus inspired styles.”
